Part Detail

Part Detail is where you manage details about parts configured in your instance of vx Maintain. You are also navigated to this page when you click New on the Part List.

Financials

This page shows costs for the part, including costs based on company associations.

You can configure the following:

• Retail price: The current cost for the part at retail

• Standard cost: The current cost for purchasing the part (used for determining cost for a part request)

• Value good: The cost value of the part in good condition

• Value faulty: The cost value of the part in faulty condition

• Base sale price: The minimum price for selling the part

• Tax rate: The tax rate set for the part

• Second tax rate: A secondary tax rate to use for the part

Company pricing shows companies associated with the part, along with their Base sale price setting.

Click Add company to add a company association. You are prompted to select the Company, the Applicable from date, and the Base sale price for the company.
